Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the flexAIjobs video guides (each a "Guide"). By purchasing or accessing a Guide, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

flexAIjobs is operated by flexAIjobs, and we offer our Guides to customers around the world. You can reach us at support@flexaijobs.com or via our Contact page.

2. What you're buying

Each Guide is a digital video product delivered online. It contains step-by-step video lessons and related materials (such as prompt templates) for a specific career. A Guide is educational content about how to set up and offer a type of work using AI tools. It is not a job offer, a guarantee of employment, income, or client work, and it does not create any employment or agency relationship between you and flexAIjobs.

3. License to use a Guide

When you buy a Guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and watch it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative products from a Guide, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

4. Payment, currency and taxes

• Prices are shown on the Guide's page, in the currency stated there (US dollars unless the page says otherwise).
• Each Guide is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription, and there are no recurring charges for that Guide.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or provider converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may add its own fees. We do not control these.
• Where applicable, taxes such as VAT or GST are calculated and shown at checkout, based on your location.
• Access is delivered digitally, normally by email, shortly after payment is confirmed.
• Purchasing a Guide gives you lifetime access to that Guide, including any future updates we make to it.
• Prices may change over time, including for future customers. A price change does not affect a purchase you already made.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Where those laws give you a right that cannot be excluded, it applies in addition to the 30-day guarantee in our Refund Policy.

A Guide is digital content, and access begins as soon as your payment is confirmed. By buying, you ask us to start your access immediately. Where the law of your country gives a right to cancel a digital purchase that ends once access begins, you acknowledge that starting access immediately has that effect. Our 30-day guarantee still applies.

7. No guarantee of income or employment

A Guide teaches a process. Whether you find work, how quickly, and how much you earn depend on your own effort, the market, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee employment, clients, income, or any specific result from using a Guide.

8. Availability and local laws

Guides are offered to customers worldwide, except where offering them is prohibited by law or by the restrictions of our payment providers.

You are responsible for making sure that your use of a Guide, and any work you take on as a result, complies with the laws that apply to you. This can include rules on working remotely or freelancing, registering as self-employed, and paying tax on any income. We do not give legal, tax, or immigration advice.

9. Third-party tools and platforms

A Guide may reference or link to third-party websites, AI tools, or platforms (for example, an AI writing tool or a job-listing website) that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for those third parties' availability, content, pricing, or policies, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use a Guide for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to circumvent access controls, and not to use a Guide or our related pages to harass, defraud, or mislead others.

11. Intellectual property

All video content, text, graphics, and materials in a Guide are owned by flexAIjobs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a Guide does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the license in Section 3.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, flexAIjobs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of a Guide, including loss of income or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Guide is limited to the amount you paid for that Guide. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. If a change materially affects a Guide you have already purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

15. Language

These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies if there is any difference, to the extent the law allows.
